Started on run 1 of week 9 and had to stop due to calf muscle seizing up ! Have had some sports massage. Am ok to run but have been told to cut it down bit until I have had 2 more massages. Am annoyed but wondering about doing workout 2 of week 6 ? Any thoughts ? Trying not to get too upset as hopefully I can do the week 9 runs before too long/

How annoying when you were so close. No ideas re which workout you should do, but maybe listen to what your body tells you. Hope to see you with that graduation badge soon.

It's better to be able to get your badge and carry on than making the injury worse. Your doing the right thing. I am sure it won't be long till you graduate. It will be here waiting for you, no rush.
