about to do wk5 r3- I'm dreading It, I really struggled with the eight mins, do you think I should do the eights again?

I felt the same as you but I went for it and it and did it. Just remember to take it slow.

The structure of the programme is such that if you have completed the previous run, then you are ready for the next one. Give it a go, nice and steady and see how you get on. If you can't complete it then try repeating it until you can. Ultimately you are in control and you decide on the pace at which you progress, but I bet you will surprise yourself if you try W5R3 and end up with an enormous grin. Remember, if you are struggling to breathe, you are going too fast, so just ease back the pace until it is comfortable, trust the programme and have a go.

I think as the above have stated - just go for it- as long as you have completed all the other runs prior you ARE ready. I am about to do mine on Sunday and at this stage think that it's a mental thing- so try to think about things that will help you get through. Use the things that motivate you...looking good, losinh weight, changing body shape, feeling great, a treat of some kind afterwards...what other things work for you guys?!
