Must have been the jacket

I went out this morning to do the "Stamina" podcast, I've done it before and found it quite easy...I started off quite well, Runkeeper told me I'd done my first Kilometer in 7.30 - a PB for me and I was delighted. Then I got a bit confused lol, I thought I was near the end of the podcast and pushed it a bit, but found I was only half way through...had to walk for a bit and was a bit disappointed in myself.. BUT I finished the podcast, my average was better than I have ever done before despite the walking...got home and ran myself a nice bath - that was when I noticed the bruise on the inside of my arm and the spotty rash..completely forgot I gave blood yesterday! Must have been my new jacket from SD.. Miss Wobble you need one of these to go with those wonderfUl capris!

Curly you look fab. I love that jacket. I'd be happy to be mistaken for Tinky Winky myself, I always thought he was a very fetching shade of purple, unlike LaLa, who just looked bilious. ;)

I have one Curly!!!! I have one in pink but like you say I really have to get a purple un

Well done on your run! Shame about thinking you'd finished but were only part way through. It's pants when that happens. Damn and blast!!! (other swear words are available)

I like the three podcasts and I run them as they crop up on my shuffle play list. I see you have a buff. I got given one by my new Jog Leader. I have watched the Buff video for ideas with these marvellous little beauties. I managed to make a beanie out of mine this morning. Not cracked the one that looks like a bedouin though. Practice!

Laura kept saying "you're half way through this track" I hadn't allowed for there being 4 tracks! Silly me, I'll know for next time and not go so fast..

It's not really a proper buff, it's a cheap one from Aldi! I was glad of it yesterday though!

Ooh. How cool is purple, just love it. We'll done on your PB and that was after giving blood. I only ran once after giving blood, years ago and it wasn't good. No wonder you felt tired part way through but still got a best average - wow.

You look fantastic in purple, and well done on the PB, especially after giving blood, lucky you didn't faint! x
