sorry for the poor title, but I'm in a bit of a quandry. I started C25K, got to the end of W2 and had to stop due to a dodgy knee. That's all sorted, so I started at the beginning again and was doing quite well. I did W5 R2 on Monday, with Tues being my rest day. Unfortunately I appear to have eaten something that disagrees with me so I haven't run since Monday. I am hoping, with everything crossed, that I might do something tomorrow, but I think that I shouldn't attempt W5 R3. Shall I just go back to W5 R1, or possibly R2, or should I go further back. I am aware that I haven't really been eating and drinking, and I don't want to make myself worse, but I have really got into this running (very slow jogging), and I am quite peeved about the tummy bug. I am enjoying the whole C25K so much more than I thought, and never believed I would be able to run for 8 minutes - I want to keep going! So, my question is, what has anyone else done when there has been a blip in the regime?
