So I've done week four although it nearly killed me! Thanks for the support from everyone. I'm going to do another week four run on Friday though then try wk5 run1 on Monday. Hopefully this will give me a fighting chance of finishing it! What do people do on the non run days - do you just rest or go for a walk or something? I feel a bit too sedentary if I don't do anything :-(

Sounds like you're doing really well so far. On the non run days it is helpful to do other stuff, walking, cycling, yoga, rowing machine, pilates etc just not high impact stuff. I think 'rest' doesn't actually mean rest it means a rest from running.

Well done you! Don't forget to keep the stretching going on non run days too. It really helps.

Congratulations on completing week 4, I try to go swimming on my "rest" day which is low impact. Keep up the good work
