So did run 2 again this morning which was fine. Still had a bit in the tank to give it some for the last 60 seconds which felt good. Run 3 scheduled for Friday. Have got the day of work so I'll go to the park rather than on the 'streets'!!!
My only disappointment is that I've heard so much that its lovely to run in the rain and due to scheduling I've never managed to. I watched the weather forecast last night and it said that there would be rain this morning around 5am which is the time I run.
The alarm went off and I looked out of the window with excitement. No rain. Humph.
Fingers crossed for next week!! lol

Ha ha, I am liking your desire to try something new, rest assured though, running in the rain WILL come your way soon enough. I do enjoy it at this time of year but not so much in January / february when it's often more sleet than rain. When that time comes and you are looking outside, imagining the icey rain hitting you full in the face, remember this post and get out there and revel in it!!!
Sorry to hear you haven't had the chance to run in the rain yet.
I got absolutely drenched last week running in driving rain. Loved every minute of it! Firstly because the streets are empty (having to run in the village now it is dark early and not enjoying it) and secondly because it feels soooooo good!!
Sounds rotten wishing rain on someone but I hope you get your wish soon lol
