My Garmin (220) has suddenly stopped showing cadence, both on the watch and on Garmin Connect. When I press the bottom left scroll button to show the cadence nothing happens as the page is blank! There's nothing wrong with the button as I can still pick up the cadence on previous run records! It's just today's run. Weird.
The software is up to date, I've googled for some answers but can't find anything.
Has anyone experienced this and what did you do to fix it? Many thanks.

Sorry IP I've not had that with my 620. It uses the movement of your arm to drive an accelerometer I think so unless you were running like an Irish dancer with arms pinned to your side I can't see why it would stop working. Maybe take it for another spin to see if it was a glitch
I just had a similar problem with the 110 (quite a new second hand one - it froze at 16:11 and would not budge - I could not switch it off. In the end I tried pushing the 4 buttons at the same time and finally it switched itself off - your model may be different, but if not just worth a try (the worst than can happen is that it is a full reset)
My 110 stopped once at 9.94km, thought it was reall strange and GPS map uploaded was even different from my run! Recharged it and ran the next time and it was find, so perhaps there was a GPS glitch
