Got out early (for me)...as we have a packed weekend working away (in the beautiful Glenisla overnight, but managed to squeeze in this run before we left). Such a beautiful morning and blooming warm. It was another toughy, but my pace was better, so I finished off really enjoying it and can't wait for the beginning of the beginning of life after c25k!!
MMR & RK were on...I know they are not totally accurate, but they told me I'd done 4.8k in just under 31 mins. The route maps don't look far out either, so massive smile when I saw that!! See if my legs ache even more tomorrow, might prove that I went faster...am a bit hobbly but happy tonight. :s
To all Birmingham & other race runners tomorrow...have a great one
