I have started this again!! having deciding to join my mates playing rugby i re downloaded the podcasts and have just finished week one! fingers crossed i get to finish it this time! weighing 17st 9lbs at the mo fingers crossed i can drop that A LOT!! im also cutting out snacks in between meals! Will keep you all updated :)

Well good luck - i look me numerous attempts so it can be done. Good luck with the ruby and well done for cutting out the snacks.

I have started again too! But this time planning to stick with it! I am trying to also cut back on snacks and drink plenty of water every day!

You can do this! We both will be graduates one day!

hello im doing good about to start week 3 on thursday, im trying best with the snacks, am finding the runs easier as each day goes on :) i actually look foreward to it now! keep in touch, hope you are getting on well :)
