thanks for all the good luck messages first i did and it was great had only 3 hr s sleep the night before far too excited blasted the first 10 k out in 45.47 first ten miles was all 715.730 mins mile then i started to hot 8 to 830 min mile for the last three had a coffee energy gel at mile ten and felt like death for the last 3 and had to walk twice for min right near the end crossed the line nearly passed out near the st johns lady but settled for throwing up 4 times and after all that drama i still pb in 1hr 42.18 old time 1hr 43 .44 if i wouldnt have stopped i would have had a sub 1hr 40 i just run out of steam but what a day very surreal runinng past queenies house and across the thames then through trafalgar square and that was wierd .then it was back up the mail and back to the parks green first and then hyde for the last six and this is where things got tough looping around the park and running past kessington palace and the albert hall . all in all it was great day and a hell of a event if you get the chance to do this do it i will be running this again as for the 1.40 ive got cambridge lined up for that next race 10k early nov happy running all

Is that humanly possible? Did you run HM distance in 1.42 including dramas? Blinkin heck well done you! There are so many people there waiting to start it looks horribly claustrophobic ....
