cambridge half done 1hr 41.00 dead on ran too fast for the first nine and paid the price on the next four miles i think i stopped about 5 times for 10 /20 seconds not for too long the other runners got me going again done sprint finish and collapsed in a heap for a mo ,great crowds this year and i will do it next year as well next stop cambourne 10k then mcr back to training and 19 miles on sunday so hers all the stats

Well done moger, nice bling! I enjoyed cheering people on, our mate speedy Chris from park run, came in second! 1hr 12, It was a good day, my neighbours came in just under 2hrs and 2hrs 20. I'm doing the cambourne 10k, but will be very slow as recovering from an injury, fingers crossed, on the mend. (But I'm slow anyway!)
