I graduated on a good run last week, yes still on the treadmill and had my first run without Laura on Saturday and it was horrible, I struggled from the start, ok it was very humid but after 25 minutes of running I felt so dehydrated that stopped risking damage to my well being and I think it was the first time that I can recall not being happy about what I had or had not done, I had done nothing different in my routine, perhaps it's what you all call a bad run or perhaps it was the bad music!. So this morning, head in the right frame of mind I switched back to Laura and C25K+ and just completed 50 minutes including warm-up up and down and a total distance of 5.35k, will I ever get over Laura?

I always listen to week 9 for the first 30 minutes of my long run of the week. Then there is the stepping stones podcasts with yet again, good old Laura there for inspiration. No need to give up yet lots to look forward to. Good luck and keep on running!!
Hi! You prob just had one of those days on Saturday. my dad always says "it's your bio rhythms" what ever that means!!! Glad you had a better run today and a great distance!!! Music definitely helps me. Get some of your favourite tunes on a play list. Time goes faster!! Well done for today!!
Laura doesn't have to ever leave you. You just leave the C25k+ podcasts on your wotsit and run them as they pop up. I ran Stamina yesterday. It was good to hear her again. I'd forgotten just how hard that podcast was ! Sheesh!!!!
have you got the C25k + podcasts? Also, you can buy Audiofuel which I loved to get me to 10k. Silky Steve isn't as fluffy as Laura but he does the business
