Got up put my kit on and ran without music. Still taking it easy as I'm still worried about my hamstring. 33:15 and 4.76k including warm up and down. Feeling good now.
Happy running all

nice to run without music sometimes isn't it , glad you got on ok and keep on feeling good happy running to you to!
That's a nice distance, and a pretty good time too....hope your hamstring improves
I'm teaching my grandmother to suck eggs here, but take care of those legs. If the hamstring goes, it will be cripplingly painful.
Warm up thoroughly and listen to the old bod. It will let you know if it's unhappy, and don't ignore it. There is no shame in walking or stopping if it hurts.
Mine pulled whilst hurtling down a 100m track back in the 13 century whilst I was at school. I pulled up and hobbled off the track. The second worse pain I have ever known. The first was when I sneezed loudly shortly after have abdominal surgery.
Will do Sally. Got to say being run over by a motorbike was pretty painful when I was at school ;-0
Got to ask....how did that happen?
Great news GF - I like your definition of "nice and easy" though... that's a decent pace mate!
Good for you - I've got itchy feet after a week off... but I'm being a good boy...
Go you, well done, that's amazing time and pace. I'm in awe of all you real runners! xx
