Got up put my kit on and ran without music. Still taking it easy as I'm still worried about my hamstring. 33:15 and 4.76k including warm up and down. Feeling good now.

Happy running all

thanks curly seems to be holding up

I'm teaching my grandmother to suck eggs here, but take care of those legs. If the hamstring goes, it will be cripplingly painful.

Warm up thoroughly and listen to the old bod. It will let you know if it's unhappy, and don't ignore it. There is no shame in walking or stopping if it hurts.

Mine pulled whilst hurtling down a 100m track back in the 13 century whilst I was at school. I pulled up and hobbled off the track. The second worse pain I have ever known. The first was when I sneezed loudly shortly after have abdominal surgery.

Will do Sally. Got to say being run over by a motorbike was pretty painful when I was at school ;-0

Got to ask....how did that happen?

crossing a pelican crossing and the motorbike came between two lines of stationary cars - I was lucky bruising only - he got a broken leg and a broken motorbike. Thanks irn bru

Great news GF - I like your definition of "nice and easy" though... that's a decent pace mate!

Good for you - I've got itchy feet after a week off... but I'm being a good boy... :)

Thanks Aussie - well done for being good. Saw your cycle ride that should help the itchy feet. Make sure you take care of that ankle. Hoping to have another jog tomorrow
