Race report later, but a 56:22 from the Aussie today at the London Winter Run... Had an awesome time and met some of team C25K - good times!
Started off with GettingFitter who clearly knew how to navigate the crowd... saw him once at Tower Hill but not again... Well done GF!
Oh - and I did of course pull the Aussie Sprint Finish (ASF) against some worthy opponents!
