Congratulations Amisan - Go Go Go. If you see gremlins - jump on them - it makes a lovely squishing noise. As for mountains - I have an inverted mountain on my runs (called a valley) - I wish there was a thing which is half mountain and half valley - the first half is downhill and then the second half is erm... downhill
Thanks Runon. I agree with you that hill and mountains should only go in a downward direction for us runners! Then again, what a view from the top; that lovely, easy descent! I run along the bottom of the Teifi valley so they really are only undulations. I am finding though, now that my running is improving that, whereas I used to feel defeated as I approached an incline, I now feel the challenge. Slow down and turn on the power!
Think I'll call them 'Valtains' - Teifi Valley must be a really gorgeous place to run - good luck with your final run - it will be one to remember - have someone standing by with a bottle of bubbly
