Wot stamina?

Managed to get on the treadmill this evening. I really find running after a full day tough. So it was the stamina podcast - only 35 mins - I know I can do that. Long story short I had to stop a couple of times I am feeling cream-crackered.

Covered 4 miles in total but lost a kilo in sweat. I think because I've been doing lots of outside running my legs have forgotten how to run on the treadmill.

Still it was better than no run.

I have never run on a treadmill so can't comment myself, but have heard it's quite different.

Good for you for completing it though. When runs are tough it's easy to give up, but you didn't :-)

It was a lovely mild evening for running outside! I ran outside this morning when it was a bit too hot. Great to be out though

Stamina's hard ! And kudos to you for doing 4 miles. I'm covering 4km when I do it !
