I just had to post ... i’m In shock! I completed week 6 run 3 tonight and I just don’t understand how I was able to do the jump from 8 mins to 20 mins!
I am looking forward to next week to the interval running again but did enjoy that this evening.
My run has a few massive hills and I am coming closer to having to tackle a huge hill ... really worried any tips please!
Should I even go out and walk the route in between runs to build up fitness?
Thank you so much for any responses!

Congratulations, however, that was run three of week FIVE, not week 6, anyway, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊
It's not all that hard, just take the first two runs especially carefully with their interval walks and runs, run 3 of week 6 is back again to non stop running, this time, 25 minutes.
I take it you mean wk5r3, which is 20 minutes non stop and you just did it. As for hills just try and keep upright and go slow . Hills are a really good thing to add in yo your run as they can make you a stronger runner. Lastly yes plenty walking in between and walk your run route if you wish.
Thank you for you encouragement! I really appreciate all advice! I like that ‘keep upright’ I am nearly on my knees 😂. I was afraid to walk it in between as should be ‘resting’ but I think I will. Thanks!
