Hi guys im in week 6. I am experiencing nausea while running even though mybjogging pace is very slow, about 9mins/km . Has anyone is in the same boat as me ? Ta

I get nauseous if I run too soon after eating or if it's too hot and I've ran too hard/fast.

I do as well sometimes - if I haven't had enough water, or too much food, or if I am tired - in the latter case if I feel nauseous I stop
