Well, 1st run of week 2 completed...and i survived to tell the tale.....though i couldn't get the hang of counting my breathing as well as running..lol..i was just concentrating on the running. feeling good

Don't worry about the breathing tip. I think most people on here have struggled with that too. I would be dead in the ditch many weeks ago if I breathed the way Laura told me to! :)

Hey well done you!

I don't breathe the "correct" way either, but I found it magically all clicked into place as my fitness improved. If I find myself starting to struggle for breath it probably means I'm going a bit too quick and that I should ease off ever so slightly.
