I'm shocked I'm still doing this. Completed W2r2 yesterday and enjoyed it. Love the fact my attitude has changed. I think about that run only and not the 5k. Also enjoy the fact I feel better and have more energy. I'm also doing 5 2 diet along with this and in a week and a half I can feel the difference. Thank you for this forum, for the c25k and thanks for my change of attitude... so pleased and focused... its great!

  • Weird stuff, this programme isn't it? My first few runs were torture, I hated every minute of it, and couldn't wait to get out there for the next one! I think Laura has hypnotised us - every single one of us! I think about my next run often, planning where I'll go,bore the pants off my non running husband waffling on and on about it etc etc! Congrats on starting the programme, and on making such good progress. Keep us posted!
