I'm shocked I'm still doing this. Completed W2r2 yesterday and enjoyed it. Love the fact my attitude has changed. I think about that run only and not the 5k. Also enjoy the fact I feel better and have more energy. I'm also doing 5 2 diet along with this and in a week and a half I can feel the difference. Thank you for this forum, for the c25k and thanks for my change of attitude... so pleased and focused... its great!
