Managed to get to week 2 and second run was tough. Will give myself a couple of days rest now as was doing every other day and now feel that i need to rest to give my muscles time to adjust😂. Love the structured approach and never thought I would be able to keep it up even for 5 runs! All the posts and comments in here are such a great help thank you guys!

I’m on W2 R2 same as you ... wondering the same as Im finding it tough ... Im 55 and pretty unfit etc ... I never thought I’d ‘enjoy’ running .. ever .. but I like the structure too .. cmon Suzie .. we can do it !! Btw Are you running outside ..or on a treadmill ?
Great work and good call taking the extra rest day... only you know how you feel and you’ll come to the next run stronger.

Yes just done w5r3! Amazed at myself as never run for that long before. Was v scared of that 20 min run but managed it ...just!
How are you getting on? Did you manage to run over christmas at all?
