Well, challenge finally achieved. Ran yesterday and the before for 30 and 45 mins respectively, and put in 45 minutes on the pedals both days too, and this evening have finally done the aquatics. Admittedly in a, ahem, rather small pool, but Dozzer did say splashing around in the shallow end was okay for those of us who are not natural born amphibians, and I don't recall a minimum pool size. Donations made to my two charities, with particularly apt timing, sadly.

Hey, you're a late-comer to the event! 30 mins run, swim, bike, any order, separate days if nec. (No times or distances covered to be posted - it depresses me about my ineptitude). Entry fee £1 to your favourite charity/the first collection box one you see at a checkout. Let me know. Challenge ends 8/8/14. Are you with us.?

Well I'm not much of a swimmer but I can do the running and althiugh I've not cycled in years I could probably manage half an hour at a slow pace, not a very strong swimmer but I could slosh about a bit for half an hour I suppose! No harm in giving it a go, a £1 for charity is always good

Go on! You know you want to! Speed is not necessary. Sploshing in a paddling pool/at the shallow end counts. Or replace it with something you're better at - we have a hula hooper extraordinaire! Go for it!

If you want to improvise disciplines do so - we had a non-swimmer enter. Her alternative event was hula hooping. Sploshing in paddling pool also counts, as does exercise bike.
