Can't believe it w1r2 completed b4 I go to work. Amazing enjoyed the running bit struggled with the walking. Looking forward to more running. Never thought I'd say that. Very pleased I came back for 2nd go. Happy days.

Well done, at your stage, I was loving the walking intervals......but it is amazing how quickly this running lark gets under your skin.

Well done! I finished W2R3 this morning. Week 3 has 3 minute run intervals, not entirely sure I'll manage that!!! Keep going.
