Yippee!! Go me!
Thinking about starting the programme again but this time doing the walking bits at my current run speed and the running bits at a faster running speed as a means of training myself to run faster. Any thought?

Congratulations, brilliantly done!
If it were me, and it would be me if I hadn't been on the IC since graduation (lol), I would not start again, but do some consolidation runs just to get into the habit of doing 30 minutes. I'm pretty sure you'll find your speed improves as a natural consqeuence.
I was thinking about going through these podcasts which might be good, if you miss the structure of C25K: nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...
Whatever you end up doing, you should be really proud of what you've acheived, and how far you've come. Well done, you are officially amazing! And a graduate
Don't forget to get your shiny badge: healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Congratulations Neysa😊🎉🎉🎉
Well done on completing the program.
I agree with Neil, some 30 min consolidation runs will be good just to get really used to being able to sustain that time. Your speed will naturally increase as you get stronger with long steady runs.
Enjoy your celebrations and Happy running.😊
Keep posting it may help to keep you motivated...
Congratulations! You've got off the couch and you are running - which you weren't doing 9 weeks ago! Consolidation runs, virtual runs (if you fancy a bit of bling!); most importantly, do what's right for you! As Old Fliss says - slow and steady...🏃🏽♀️👍🏅
Sorry! Old Floss!!
Very many congratulations, fellow runner.
Repeating the programme as you suggest is something that many suggest and start, but I have never heard of anyone completing the whole thing a second time in that manner.
Maybe you can be the first.
Keep running, keep smiling.
