Only 3k this morning, and a little slow as well. Mind you, was a bit distracted by the sun coming up over the olive groves on the headland, and the little silver fish darting through the surf at my feet... I don't think we're in Oxford any more, Toto.

I'm on the island of Zante, in the resort of Alykanas. It's very hot, but cool enough to run before 7Am.
