First Park Run

Just got home from completing my first Park Run (on week 6 of the plan), and walked there and back which totalled about 5.7 miles. Don't know my official time yet but think its about 45 minutes which feels amazing, a few weeks ago I could barely run for a minute. Was really hot though but will definately do another one!!!!!

Wow! A parkrun on Week 6! You cheeky monkey you. Well done for completing it too. Isn't it amazing that in just a short amount of time, one can run for longer than 1 minute?! I love this c25k thang. It rocks!

Excellent AA. You must be so chuffed with yourself. A naughty little 5k after only 6 weeks. That is brilliant ;-)
