graduated last Sunday and tried my first park run today. Hammering down with rain I nearly stayed in bed!! Aim was to do a sub 35min 5k and I just about achieved it in 34.40. well well done the field but delighted to have finished. Feeling chuffed!! Couldn't have even imagined doing this 2 months ago.All thanks to C25k!

Congratulations. I’m now a “Parkrunner” (on an undulating course, too), and it’s all down to C25K. You may get addicted too! Running will never be my first love; I enjoy fell walking and riding my Brompton bike too much for that but this programme has had a massive improvement on my fitness.
