Did the final run last night. Can't believe how far I've come. Feeling amazing at the moment. Managed to run 2.5 miles in 30 mins.

No not yet. Going to build on what I have achieved so far. I might be able to run for 30 mins but it's a battle at the min. Hopefully with more running it will become enjoyable.
