Done it! W9R3 completed just over a week ago - just prior to going away for the weekend and having a week off and eating & drinking too much lol
Done 1 run of 5k since and really need to do at least 3 this week to run off the pizzas & cider ;o)

Well done! You deserve at least half a pizza and a cider but you're right - you'll probably need a few cheeky runs of 30 minutes to work it off...
