Week 5 run 3 done. 20 mins solid and being dosed with cold all week. Main thing is I got up 3 times this week feeling crap and done the runs. That I'm proud off. I must have cought the runnjng bug cause in the past I would have lay on.

You did the runs, well done..but not always a great idea to run, when under par...the runs will still be there, and a few days resting up can be helpful; especially as the runs get longer.
