So after 6 days off with the dreaded lurgy I finally managed run 3. Legs felt a bit heavy towards the end of the final run, but ploughed on and got it done. Felt great to be back out on the road again. Shattered by the end but absolutely loved it. I intend to take Christmas off but I can see myself up and out on Christmas morning to start week 5 :) . Oh dear, week 5. 20 minutes. Dreading it...

Well done Steve , glad youre feeling better....

Don't stress too much about the 20 minute run. We all felt the same, don't worry, its normal , deep breaths , slow and steady is the way.

You can do it, you are more than capable, Laura wont let you down :-) xxx

Merry Christmas! Poppy is right, Laura will help you through that run, and it's a great feeling when you've cracked it! Well done with only taking 6 days off with that lurgy, it's a monster lurgy!
