After one heck of a week I was over the moon to have time for things like a lie-in, and proper coffee, and, you know, five minutes' peace to actually think, and a run today. Set off after aforementioned lie-in with no real agenda, just a leisurely trot through the fields.
Ended up doing a leisurely 9k, with hills. So beautiful to be out - butterflies just boiling up out of the long grass around me, tiny calf hiding from the sun under the hedge, sunshine on the river so that everything was sparkling...glorious. And...9k!!!! Happy

You probably can already -- walking !! Or even running very slowly . As a C255K graduate, I have already done 12K using a conservative run/walk strategy - and frankly it has been quite easy. It really all depends on just how much effort you put into it. If you keep the effort expenditure level low, then you could most probably already do a "leisurely 9K " If the effort expenditure level is high, then it is no longer "leisurely" and I may not even be able to finish.
