W4R1 was actually great! I came off it feeling like I could have gone on a tad longer (emphasis on "a tad"). R2 was a bit tougher and then R3 tonight seemed even longer.
3 x 5 mins on W5R1 right now is seeming a little intimidating. But I think I could get hooked on the kick I get when I'm done

Me too, just back from the first run of week 5, it was not exactly easy but fine! I even enjoyed it...the time seems to go quicker than when we were doing lots of shorter runs. 2 x 8 mins next time. Good luck Staceycav let us know how you get on x
Well done on completing week 4 Staceycav. I’m sure you are feeling great and can’t wait to get to week 5. The fact that you felt you could have gone on a tad longer is just brilliant and proves to you that the programme is working. Next week is going to be right in the middle of the programme from here just focus on the weeks coming down to week 9, you will soon see yourself on W9R3 in no time. The beauty of W5 and W6 is both weeks all the six runs are different. I found this very exciting. Please let us know how you get on week 5. Happy running.
