Haven't posted for ages but my trainers are wearing out so I need some advice about where to buy some more. I'm in south east london - can get into Town or out to Bluewater. Any suggestions about a good place to go?
Gait analysis - where to go.: Haven't posted... - Couch to 5K
Gait analysis - where to go.
Sweatshop, always Sweatshop. Not only knowledgeable and friendly but they have a 30 day returns policy, so you can exchange your shoes if they don't suit your running style, even if you've run in them for up to 29 days. What's not to like? Good luck
I second sweatshop
I third (?) SweatShop ... Great organisation (with their own running groups too) with well trained staff. I've only had experience of the Woking branch, but have seen loads of other positives about them on here - check out their website to find the closest store to you. Good luck.
That's unanimous then! Thanks? I'll head out for one next weekend.
And if you're in any doubt - Sweatshop. They saved my knees!
Sweatshop in Bluewater (upstairs, not too far from Lakeland). Or Runners Need over on Purley Way (if that's local to you), in the Snow and Rock shop opposite Sainsburys.
Cooo, are we all Sweaties? Mine came from SS too.
I've only had gait analysis carried out once and that was at Sweatshop so I can't compare them to anyone else but I was happy with the service.
I was just wondering if you could give me some insight into what you got for your gait analysis.
Is it snake oil or do you really think it adds something?
I ask because I am wondering about mine and whether I am stretching properly, etc.
