Hi All, I live in the West Midlands area and i know that Go Outdoors offer the gait analysis service. Just wondering if anyone has been there and been fitted for new shoes and what kind of service you get. Or can anyone recommend any other place to go

Gait Analysis - shops to go to?

Depends where you are. Google running shops and your nearest big town. Then give a call. Some physiotherapists may have the technology but will charge. Run4it in Scotland are good.

Depends exactly where in the mids. We went to Warwick Sports , an independent shop (in Warwick!)
Sorry. MIsread question. Hope someone in your area has some feedback. But generally if the shop has invested in the kit and training then I would expect them to be keen to offer best service possible.

Hi there, I live in Coventry and went to my Sports Direct at Central Six, very pleased with my gait test and my Nike dual fusion running shoes. If you have small feet go for the children's as I did, so much cheaper. I am 74 and still go out there 3 times a week. On holiday at the moment went a walk along beach today and did 6k . Pat

I went to Coventry Runner, an independent, nothing was too much trouble, the lady there spent over an hour with me while I ummed and ahh'd about my purchases but I did kit myself out so they did alright!
