Ahh! to the sound of Pherell Williams singing Happy I completed my graduating run this morning, and yeah I feel happy.
I have lost about 8 lbs since since this programme but more importantly my heart health is vastly improved.
I would, and do, recommend this programme to anyone and everyone.
