Can I have walnut sprinkles, a flake and no sauce please.
C23M went well, am very pleased. Nothing like a tip top speed but I covered the 3 miles faster than I feared. The pinto could hardly keep up. I may change into a slightly more topical outfit before the next outing.

Isn't it often the way that the ill person seems to spend at least as much time worrying about their family as they do about themselves. Big hugs matey xx
Great philosophy m'dear. Got to be hazel nuts and chocolate sauce on mine. Misread your 'topical outfit' as tropical outfit and had momentary vision of you running through the streets in a grass skirt and pith helmet. Now there's a thought.......... x
You could also go for a sun hat hung with bounty bars
I have both in the store and shall head forth to Aldi shortly and get coconuts to replenish supplies. I am going anyway for a stair gate as my grandson is staying over tonight. If the sun shines here (not looking likely) I will get the paddling pool out and practice for the tri. He's the one who has kindly agreed to loan his trike with pushing handle and canopy to Captain (Second Lieutenant?) poppypug.
Have fun with the grandson. Don't let Captain poppypug (ents and haberdashery div) hear you call her Second. Lieutenant - she's developed all these airs and graces. She may sulk
Giant Cadburys Chocolate Buttons would be my sprinkle! What ever life throws at us we have to make the very best of it and run with it xx I can't get the picture of you wearing a grass skirt and a coconut bikini top out of my head now!
he'd love that...he's fascinated by all' birdies ' and does a great tweet tweet. don't think he's had a chock ice yet but i' m pretty sure he'll manage to scoff one down. Thanks x
