Well that's it in the bag and I can look forwards to consolidating the 25 minute runs next week!
I had a bit of a rocky start. Just as I closed the door I realised I had locked myself out! So I then had to break into my own flat. It involved lying on the landing and waving a walking stick through the letter box at the key holder in the hall. Then followed a manoeuvre involving my arm through the cat flap sweeping the stick around the floor. Finally managed to grab some keys but the key box didn't survive the assault!
Anyway, off I went clutching my keys and was very pleased to do the 25 minutes. I thought Sarah might have been a bit more enthusiastic - frankly I was expecting a bit of a fanfare. But there you are.

😂 not the best thing to happen before a run but you did it! Yay! I was the same I thought Laura would be a bit more energetic but most of the run there was radio silence 🙁
Brilliant well done. Not a good start I know that feeling of shutting the door and realizing the keys aren't in your pocket. Glad you got it sorted though.
Nightmare! At least I am safe in that my husband is at home while I do my 6am run, if I am very lucky he makes me a cuppa! Otherwise it's a call to my parents across town to come over with the spare key lol
Sounds like you did a workout before you even got out there. Perhaps your new warm-up moves will catch on! Well done for completing the 25 mins and good luck for wk7
