Anyone got any experience with these weird looking items ? Just seen an ad for some stating that they "provide the anatomical position and biomechanical movement that my feet crave !!" I'm happy with my Saucony Mirages but I'm willing to consider anything that enhances the process. Currently on W9R2 and yet to 'feel the love' for running.

Split toe trainers ?????
No, I've seen them though and they give me the heeby jeebies!
Might be fun to get a green pair though and pretend you're an alien?
There are lots of arguments for and against those sorts of barefoot running shoes.
Yes we were designed to run barefoot, but we weren't designed to run on unforgiving tarmac.
A lot of R&D goes into trainer technology so I would imagine that as long as you are wearing the right trainers for your running style then they will enhance your experience.
I would suggest googling barefoot running and barefoot running shoes and reading the pros and cons.
If they're the ones I'm thinking of, the company has been sued in the US and has had to refund anyone who asks because they don't do anything they claim to. I recently interviewed a world-class physiotherapist and running expert (being a writer has its advantages sometimes), and he says barefoot running is fine as long as you don't run on road or pavement. Also, that all the dramatic claims made because of barefoot running tribes in Mexico etc have to be mitigated against the fact that in the West, we live longer and suffer wear on our joints so need more protection.
