Received my nice little green pin badge today. So pleased. I also had a go at the "Stepping Stones" podcast, and found it quite doable. I repeated Week 9 last week, as I didn't feel confident to go out without Laura. I was disappointed on Friday because I used "Map my Run" for the first time and found I was only running 3.9 km when I thought I'd been doing 4.5. Ah well - I shall do "Stepping Stones" again on Wednesday and try "Map my Run" again on Friday to see if I've improved..... I'm not stopping now

You could try putting your route into mapometer. It's easy to use and seems to be pretty accurate. Good luck, mapmyrun could be wrong!

Either way you are running for half an hour - the distance will come. On saying that, I understand the disappointment

Thanks for the encouragement. I think Map my Run is probably right - the route picture it drew looked OK. I'll get there!
