Hi. After all that messing about with the nhs we had them beaten. A relative has now been ditched into ward you don't get out of. Will be back soon-ish. Will try to keep up running. doz

Oh sorry to hear that Doz.

You must keep running Doz after all that hard work! Going for a run will beat stress into a cocked hat, and you might need some time to yourself if you have a very sick relative. It does help when life smacks you in the chops. All the best Doz

Hi Doz! Hope all ends well. I formally worked on a respiritory ward and not many people got out of there - very sad :( No longer work for the nhs (3 yrs ago) couldn't do the 13 patient to one nurse thing anymore. Keep on running it will be your solace x

Aw Dozz, that is so sad, we will all miss you , but go you must , take care , try to get some sleep and eat at regular intervals. Hope you manage to have some time for a run to sort your head out. Thinking of you and come back when youre able , my little swamp duck :-) xxx

Got out today. Did 30mins to my surprise. Still very red on red. Should have bought a different colour shirt.
