Just done week 9 R2 and I am buzzing. The 1st 10 - 15 minutes suck, to the point of wanting to quit and go back to bed, but today I actually found a rhythm of sorts ( dont know where thats been hiding, same place as my missing buzz the other day I think ! ) Graduation on Sunday same time as want2run2 , who I call duck lady. going to try and do a 5 k , very slow gentle 5k and finish with a bang. Can't begin to tell you how proud I am of me , can't find the words, but let's just say I am beaming ! I have had one small break today I must share, my 1 year old great grand daughter turned up at 7 15 am just as I finished my run, sucks for her but she's teething and she prompltly fell asleep in my arms, now I couldnt wake her could I , wouldn't be right, so we both had a nap, her for an hour me for 10 minutes. My grand daughter arrives at noon and shes here until after tea tomorrow night, I will have no rest then, the child doesnt stop, talking or moving !!

Well, we are preparing the bunting and putting the champagne on ice. That extra morning nap will hold you in good stead for Sunday. We can't wait to hear your news. Good luck and enjoy it, you've deserved it by being such a dogged and tenacious runner and providing such inspiration on this forum. Good luck GJ.
