I do. I have a personal trainer, who drills me with these exercises when I see him. I find them quite useful: I have my sessions with him once a month, and we focus on drills and strength, but I do the drills once a week in my own time as well & they have helped with my form.

I've been meaning to ask my son about drills as I've seen him do them before every session down the track. I do a walking drill around the downstairs or in the garden before a run.

I usually do walking lunges, high knnes and skipping in my garden before each run. I've also started this 30 day challenge which is giving me more running drills (as well as core muscle exercises).
