Hi all, I did W6R3 last Sunday with extras, I went to a 5K for life, I took Laura with me, so I did the 5 mins warm up before the starting of the "race", then I did the W6R3, I took 2 mins break, walking fast, and then I completed the 5K jogging slowwwly. BUt I did it and it made me very happy! 5 km, 38 mins.
Tomorrow I will start W7, and I´m planing to do the Beginner 10K trining programme from BUPA when I graduate. Let´s see, but I´m very happy with my progress in C25K. This forum is a big support!!
