So I came home from work feeling pretty terrible and I’m tears after someone at work made me feel two inches tall during a presentation. Didn’t feel like running at all and defo didn’t think I could face 25 minutes. But I did and now I feel GREAT!! Running is the best destress you can get and my delightful colleague can 🤬 😂👍🏼

It is written that you should never do physical exertion when angry. It can have bad effects on the heart.........that said, stress oozes away on a good run.
