Thankfully the weather forecast was wrong by a few degrees so I took a chance at 8pm and went out and completed W9R3!
On 22nd May I stopped W1R1 after 6 x 1 minute runs as I was utterly finished and here I am running 30 minutes (actually ran for over 38 minutes today and covered 5.1k in preparation for my Park Run on Saturday).
My aim when I started this was to get fitter. I'm an older dad and it scared me I might be limiting the time I had with my son by being so unfit. But just as good is my BP is now reading as low meaning I can start reducing my BP meds (when I get round to seeing my GP).
Thanks to all the great support from the fantastic people on this forum.
