wk 7 run 2

Why not get out on the road or in the park and start running outside now. Youve done enough training to feel confident now. Good luck

Well done. I take it you are using a running machine? I'm also using a running machine and will continue to do so until I hit the 5K in 30 minutes. Then I'll be looking to start running outdoors and entering my local Park Run. Good luck with the rest of week 7 ;o)

Get out into the fresh air and give it a go - it's amazing! If I can, you can! xx
I started the plan using the treadmill at home, specially because it is almost winter here. But I realized that I can adjust the speed in an easier way if I´m outdoors, and that time flies faster, so I´m going outdoors almost always, treadmill only if it is very cold and rain. Very good luck
Hi all I am joggin up and down my living room and kitchen..... I tried a field and outside and found hills and grass killed my legs and made me want to give up.... There is a lake behind our house that is flat all round but I don't feel safe jogging alone and don't have the confidence to jog with others.....so I figured indoors will do for now untill my legs feel ready for some hills
