So I'm just back from my 25 minute run and feeling amazing. I had to do runs 2 and 3 twice, so I've been set back almost a week, however I've done it :) just 6 weeks ago I could barely run a minute without feeling out of breath, now I can run for a full 25 minutes :) so happy and proud.

It really does :)

Well done on getting the demon week 6 out of the way. No wonder you feel good. Just be aware that Week 7 can feel a bit relentless now you are on solid runs with no walk breaks. Keep it nice and steady and you will be fine. Cheers. Fitmo

I only just realised it was 25 minutes for all three days. Hopefully I will be okay, since I did it okay today :) Welcome back!

Hi Courtneymower - I've have just completed run 3 week 6 myself. It is great feeling to have accomplished it and, like yourself, I was out of breath walking up a hill 6 weeks ago. I found the run tough going though. Strangely within the first 10 minutes of the start, but well done on getting so far!

I'm the same , when she said you've done 5 minutes I thought to myself "how am I going to do this" but we both did it :)

Well done to you all - keep it up, you are nearly there!

Week 7 starts the "I can't get through the first 5 mins, how can I possibly manage the run?" syndrome! So beware. The first 5 mins of these longer runs is always tough. Stick it out, the run will get better and if it doesn't, at least you will have still completed you run. Graduation badge here you come.
