Week9R2 done! Slow, but done... and already thinking of what will I do after! Can't believe that I did manage an average of 2 runs a week during the last 3 months - some weeks 3, some others just barely 2... and thinking that I could run just for 1 minute back in March!
One left!: Week9R2 done! Slow, but done... and... - Couch to 5K

Woo hoo. Congratulations. Enjoy your post grad running.
Slow is better than nothing. I'm slow too but who cares. Congrats
Well done - and early congrats on graduating! What are you planning next? It really helps to have a goal to keep you getting out for a run. Have you tried a Parkrun yet ?
Thank you everyone, will keep you posted on the last run!
Would have loved to try a Park Run, but the only one nearby (about 20 miles away...) is on a Saturday, and I work on Saturdays
I am thinking something like 5k+ to work on my speed, for maybe another 3 months - and then aim for 10 k! There is a half marathon with 10 k option on May bank Holiday (along one of the most beautiful West Cork sceneries - maybe we could get a little C25K group together???) and have been dreaming of doing it for the last 3 years... time now for the dream to come true! - I imagine 11 month is enough time to train for 10 k
Woohoo well done, look forwards to your graduation post.
Good luck on your last run - looking forward to your graduation post : ) I would definitely recommend the 5k+ podcasts for at least one of your post grad runs each week - just to keep pushing those boundaries and reminding you that there is a whole lot more that you can still acheive! I am definitely running faster and further now with the speed & stamina podcasts.
