Week 5 run 3 - I did it!

After a horrible run 2 I wasn't massively looking forward to run 3. I had timing problems with the app on the last run so I set myself a 20 minute timer. When it went off I was really surprised - I thought I had another 5 minutes or so! When I checked the app it said I still had 14 minutes to go so I'm glad I realised the timing problems last time.

So onto week 6 and before I get too far ahead of myself I'm reminding myself of the advice I've read on this forum that it can be tough. Tonight though I'm feeling on top of the world! Thank to all those who encouraged me after the last run.
